I have a table that I don't really want labeled as such or included in the
numbering scheme for tables.

Here's my asciidoc:

[caption=""]
.Where am I using my Gmail address?
|===
|                          3+^|*Gmail used ...*
|*Website or Internet Service*|*... as login ID*|*... in profile*|*... for
password recovery*

The attached image shows how its rendered after using: a2x -fpdf -dbook
book.txt

Incidentally, [caption=] throws and error. I also used [float] as
potentially a way of excluding the table as a block, which didn't work; the
directive was ignored and I got the same result as the attached image..

What I am aiming for is the table as show with the title "Where am I using
my Gmail address?" and no "Table" or "11.1" in the title.
