The book example files that should be under https://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/publishing-ebooks-with-asciidoc.html are missing - 404.
I'm especially interested in the zip file of sources for "A Scandal in Bohemia", as I'm trying to figure out how to attach a cover image to my generated epub. Are these files saved elsewhere?
