The methods.co.nz site is the private site of the originator of Asciidoc who has now retired from the project, so the project does not control its contents. I vaguely remember that when the project was moved to public infrastructure those sources were not available, so they are not under the current project site of asciidoc.org. But the links from the methods.co.nz site point to asciidoc.org, so of course they are not available either. I'm not sure why the methods.co.nz site points to asciidoc.org, but maybe it was a previous incarnation of that URL, and thats why the sources were not included when everything was moved, because they were hidden by the new URL. Unless you can get in contact with the original Asciidoc developer I am not sure how you would find them. If you do get in contact with him please see if he will release them to the project under a suitable license.
