This is strange, that you have problem.
First, it can depend upon the way, how danish characters are put to the
page. There are two ways:
1. Using of HTML entity like &ouml.
2. Using of byte with appropriate code and setting correct charset to the
page (iso-8859-1).
Possibly, you have found second type of pages.

Could you give me URL, from which I can try to see it?
