[aseek-users] total pages indexed - revisited

I looked in /usr/local/aspseek/var/aspseek/total 
yesterday - after my index had finished (i 
stopped it early)it read about 16,000. However, 
looking in the sites table I had ~ 50,000 sites.

Does this seem right? 

Does the indexer create lists of URLs (and sites) 
to visit BEFORE it actually starts putting pages 
into the database?
