The modules you're mentioning are available in the ITU-T ASN.1 module
database at http://www.itu.int/ITU-T/asn1/database/itu-t/ in a new
version that uses information object classes instead of macros. I
recommend that you use these new versions which can probably not be
handled by Snacc, but there are other ASN.1 compilers that handle
information object classes: see
