Hello,
The programming platform Erlang OTP contains among other tools an ASN.1
compiler, that is up to date with almost everything in ASN.1-1997. It is
available free on <www.erlang.org>. This compiler generates
encoding/decoding functions in Erlang. Erlang is a modern high level
language used in many of Ericsson's most successful telecom products.
