 But whether u want specify the context specific tag or any other .U can specify conetxt specific tag value in a square bracket . This looks like this

res-el-sr-no [9] IMPLICIT OCTET STRING(1..20) OPTIONAL

In the asn1 code were will we specify the tag value.
What is the syntax.
 
See i want to set the tag value of 89 for one of the parameter , what will be the syntax.
