Hi, If you have the total H.323 stack then you must be having the ASN compiler also to ASN encode the GRQ message. Just figure this out in the H.323 stack code. If you still don't want to do that why don't u use the H.323 stack to send the GRQ message and then capture this packet using the any sniffer. See the ASN encoding done for this message in the sniffer and use it for your purpose :)
