Why translate to a standard that will be discontinued this summer (as
soon as the 2002 edition of ASN.1, i.e., the 3rd edition after the
1990 one, is published)?
Don't tell me that it has to do with availability of tools, for a
company like OSS Nokalva <http://www.oss.com>, releases their tools
for free to universities.
