Hello all NBAP & RRC experts!
Has any one here had to encode SIB data (NBAP or RRC) ? and if so, how did you do it ?
The definition is as follow:
IB-SG-DATA ::= BIT STRING
--Contains SIB data fixed" or "SIB data variable" in segment as encoded in ref.[18].
(Ref.[18] is ��� 3GPP TS 25.331: �RRC Protocol Specification�.)
The SIB data fixed" & "SIB data variable" are IE�s and defined as: SIB-Data-fixed ::=� BIT STRING (SIZE (222)) SIB-Data-variable ::=�BIT STRING (SIZE (1..214))
The MIB, for example, contains the following information:
-- MIB Value tag
-- Supported PLMN types
-- PLMN Identity
-- ANSI-41 Core Network Information
-- References to other system information blocks
my problem is to encode the BIT STRING and present the data it contains.
