There already is a Swedish phonetic table, and there is nothing wrong
with it.  The alternatives that Aspell suggested are perfectly fine
alternatives in phonetics and typing distance.  But "och" is a far
more frequent word in any Swedish text, and neither Aspell nor Ispell
has any way of representing that fact, which I think is a pity.
