1and1 has great rates, but I had a lot of problems
with their tech support.
It always takes more than 1 email to get them to
respond. And when they do it never helps.
Their last email to me stated that they were unable to
help with my dedicated server because it now "belongs"
to me and it goes against their policy to help.
Take it for what it's worth.
