Monday's announcement didn't go out because of the holidays and
today's announcement is hopefully late enough in the morning that
you'll see it in enough time to plan but not so early that you're
purging a weekends worth of spam. The dilemma's of announcements, and
here's to hoping the bayesian filters out there won't kill me for
using spam twice in the same email.

Tomorrow night WinProTeam will be hosting a discussion on Virtual
Machines at the Rockville Maryland location. Steve Radich and Bob
Flanders will be discussing Virtual Server 2005 and VMWare Workstation
5.0, respectively. We'll learn why they are useful (virtual machines,
not Steve and Bob, though I'm sure they're useful in their own right),
how they can save us if we're doing testing or bleeding edge
experimentation, maybe why they could save us bundles of money, etc.

This should be a fairly free form discussion with lots of demos and
details. It shouldn't be which is better than which type discussion
though we'll certainly entertain those questions and let the speakers
battle it out.

We'll have the usual food and drink, this month it's being provided to
us by TEKSystems (thanks Becky!). Directions are available in the
link below, meeting time: 6-9pm (normally timeshifted 15 minutes or so
to deal with traffic).
