The principles are easy to understand, but it is very difficult to break existing habits and adopt new ones. Many of the instructional materials on TDD tend to adopt academic problems the average business developer never encounters in their job. A large number of developers are business developers writing data-driven Microsoft ASP.NET applications. In this webcast we'll walk through an everyday problem with a plausible ASP.NET application and show how TDD can be applied. You will be introduced to the NUnit tool and the NUnitAsp extensions that allow for the testing of ASP.NET WebForms. We will also cover testing with data, adding a feature and fixing a bug. Jonathan will be showcasing the new Thycotic.TddStarterKit and Thycotic.DatabaseScripter during the presentation. Jeff Schoolcraft will also be available on the Webcast to answer TDD, NUnit and NUnitAsp questions.
