G1440 has an immediate opening to work on site at one of our clients. This is a full time employee position with G1440 with full benefits. This position is intended to lead to full time direct employment with our client. Our customer, located in Downtown Baltimore, has an immediate need for SharePoint Architect/ Senior Developer. They are open to contract, contract-to-hire or direct permanent employment. This position offers a competitive salary and/or hourly rate and opportunity for growth. Requirements: - Hands-on SharePoint Portal Server architecture experience - Hands-on SharePoint Portal Server and Windows SharePoint Services implementation and deployment experience including creation of custom web parts - Hands-on C# or VB development experience within the .NET framework (including analysis and application design) - Must be proficient in the full development lifecycle - Excellent communication and people skills. - Must be able to lead customer SharePoint engagements - Must hold a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience. - Must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of applicable software engineering experience - Must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years SharePoint implementation experience and 1 year architecture and deployment experience. - Must be a United States citizen A contractor will also be considered for this position.
