Pay Rate: $75,000-$95,000 Salary with up to a 10% bonus

Job Description: 

Due to massive growth and high demand for their product our client is
currently seeking a Mid to Senior level .NET developer to join their
team of talent professionals to develop middle and web-tier
applications. As a Senior developer you will be the "in house" expert
on the design, development, and maintenance of a high profile web
application to be used by their clients. So someone with exposure to
the full SDLC is highly sought. 

As a Developer your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

1. Contribute to the architecture and design of software applications
and systems. 
2. Perform analysis, diagnostics, development, testing, and
documentation of software applications, systems, and sub-systems. 
3. Isolate and correct application errors in a timely manner. 
4. Ensure the integrity of the database structure. 
5. Periodically manage or lead various phases of the development and
maintenance of approved projects. 

As the "in house expert" you will be reporting to and working closely
with the Vice President of Product Development. The client is looking
to hire someone by 12/12/2005. 

Work Environment: 

Work Week (hrs): 40 hrs per week 

Team Development: 60% 
Individual Development: 30% 
Client Facing: 10% 

Development Time: 50% 
Architecture Time: 40% 
Maintenance Time: 5% 
Business Analysis: 5% 

Key Experience Needed to Succeed: 

* Minimum of 3 years of Development Experience - overall 
* 2-3 years of .NET experience with a strong understanding and
exposure to the following: ASP.NET, ASP, C#, VB.NET and the .NET
Framework 
* Strong understanding of object oriented development methodologies
and relational database design 
* 2+ years of experience with HTML, XML, and JavaScript 
* 2+ years and a strong understanding of MS SQL Server and T-SQL 
* 2+ years of experience with web services, COM, COM+ and ActiveX 
* Strong written and oral communication skills 

* Must be authorized to work for any US Employer (Greencard or Citizen)

Nice to have: 

* Microsoft Certifications - progress towards or completion of desired 

Applicable Skills:
