All scientific theories have to go
through some time through a scientific debate process.
What I could gather from yours and Chandan
posting now, there is no ONE professional scientific report on Brahmaputra Flood
till now. There are so called MC Version
(2004?) , Chandan Version (?), Texas Water Commission Version (2004) etc.
I donot know if your report was ever published in any professional journal in
India. But if not that is what you need to do. I even do not know if your report
was published in the net. Without reading the report, and looking at others how
a common guy like me will be able to judge based on opinion of the author?
Chandan mentioned that he posted something in the net which apparently I missed.
Was that your report or that was something his personal comments(2005).
The main issue as I said remains that
I have not seen during the last 50 years any professional report on Brahmaputra
Flood which we can take as the acceptable version. This does not mean that there
were none. May I am ignorant. But from your statement now it seems you are the
only one who came out with a report I believe very recently (2004?).
Even if that is correct, the bottom-line
question is if you or anyone want to make a dent or convince the scientific
community you need to do a professional reporting. Whoever says what I donot
think that the Indians are that dumb that they will be swayed all the time by
politics of Texas Water Commission/IAS Officer and others.
Bottom-line question we are seeking .
Where is the beef in your statement? Why don't you publish yours fpr people to
study?
