Looks like someone got a heart-burn from my response to the New Orleans vs. Mumbai comparison. So he/she went ahead and formed the [WaterWatch] Yahoo Group and dispatched the following Digest 567.
Digest 567 is certainly a brilliant piece- for someone who must not be too bright. In comparison, I am afraid to ask what 566 and the earlier ones would be like. BTW, it was not I who started 'riverswatch' and 'riverlinking' who sends the digests out.
