Mikeda, Sovereignity is not (yet) a white horse for me. Neither is India a holy cow. I think I am free enough (or not). I think equally of Indian army in greens or our "boys" with their guns. Or for that matter, the mobs of youngsters that accost people for money every now and then.
My concern at one level is more about whether I and others will be better off, economically, in a sovereign Assam. Your message points out why India will be better off with a sovereign Assam. I don't buy it but the point in itself is irrelevant. The main point is why it makes sense for us economically. It hasn't yet come through. Perhaps you did not intend to answer that most import question as yet. I am waiting though.
