Given this format, the participants seek votes from

man, the votes were sought along regional lines.
What has happened is in the NE, for whatever reason,
it sparked off a fervour. And so while the number of
people might be less, the number of SMSes per person
sent was proportionately far higher. Perhaps because
given the limited opportunity for individual success
in our region, people identified with this guy more
strongly. Elsewhere, including Bengal, the people are
less bothered.
