Even if he had UK citizenship or US one -- he would always be refered to as Indian American or Indian Britisher --- as the Arcelor chief called him and others in his company.
The current debate in USA about handing over 6 ports to a govt firm of Dubai (UAE) is similar - nationality of the company owners/managers etc - however, in India also people would be hesitant to hand over strategic stuff to enemy nations -incl. Pakistan (though UAE is supposed to be a US ally even though on Sep 11 , 2001 bombings two terrorists were students from UAE).
