I was wondering why I was dissatisfied with your response and what would have been a satisfactory response to my query .
 
I think the satisfactory response to my query that :
 
 what were 30 million Protestant evangelicals in USA doing to alleviate the problems of 11 million illegal immigrants (mostly Roman Catholic Latinos - brownskinned - Red Indian /Native American  blood dominating - average male height 5 feet 3 inches) and to support their desire to a value added life in the immgrant nation called USA -- would have been......

I'm sure you must have heard about the great work Billy Graham (famous for his televangelist role and political connections -called God's ambassador on his website http://www.billygraham.org/ ) has been doing in support of the illegals Latinos in USA. Haven't you seen him on CNN , MSNBC and Fox News and TIME Magazine -- exhorting his followers to launch a crusade (similar to his 1970s one in Nagaland and last year in NYC) to get an American Dream for all these illegals -as well as all those hopefuls all over the world for the future.
 
Also, How could you have missed Pat Robertson who has buried the hatchet with Venezuelan (Latino) President Hugo Chavez - to use his TV Channel Christian Broad Casting Network - 24 by 7 - to further the cause of these illegals - while exhorting all US lawmakers to mend their ways or else - face the wrath of their vote banks (30 million evangelists etc) . His fellow Christian Broadcaters in US - more than 34 of them - have also launched a massive effort on their radio and TV networks --across the world -- lamblasting the US govt for being slow in giving their fellow Christians respite for this ignominous title - Illegal immigrants.
 
Don't you know that Pat Robertson has called for 1900s era immigration laws in US - whereby ALL immigrants would be given work permits and permanent residency cards --- at all ports of entry. I'm surprised Umesh !!! -- how could you have missed all this. Do you have access to TV and internet at all!!
 
Further, you must be really out of touch not to recall the Pope's (from Vatican - heralded as [Christian]  God's representative on Earth ) mutitude of visits to USA --in past two months to attend pro-immigration rallies by school students etc in Los Angeles, Chicago and Washington DC - in an effort to bolster his image as a Pope of the masses, for the masses and by the masses. He left his Annual Mass at Vatican -in remembrance of his predecessar - just be prove that like God he too strived to be omnipresent - ever responsive to the needs to the devout (Latino illegal immigrants).
 
Umesh, you need to assess these initiatives by the good Christian leadership - who try to live by their faith - and open their hearts and home to the needy and oppressed. They proved that just like they expect people of other faiths to show tolerance and empathy to fellow human beings (in regions of strife - such as Darfour in Sudan, Burma etc) similalry they have taken this current commotion about illegality of immigrants (racial, religious/denominational and ethnic minoritities  ) to show that they expect their own to show solidarity for fellow Christians in their own lands .

Unfortunately, I did not get anything on these lines. Like the robbers who robbed me at gun point last November near my home in DC area - I say "Show me the money" -- I see no money/merit in your arguments.
 
If I hadn't shown them the money quick to them -- I wouldn't be writing today. My response was quick and direct to them - I showed them my wallet . Your resposne about Love and Peace for illegals in USA should have been along similar lines.

I hope this message comes across to the 30 million right wing Protestant evangelicals  in USA and their political forces etc who are baying for the blood of mainly Latino Catholic illegal immigrants - in a land formed by immigrants . Samuel Huntington, ofcourse seems an Atheist.
 
These evangelicals preach love and religious freedom in far flung areas like Sudan and Burma - so this is a test of their faith - when its repurcussions affect their own.

Now I find that the Easter Sunday is actually on April 23 according to the Greek Orthodox Church. I am, therefore, sending the abstract again to the assam.net as a homage to Isha --- the Indian word for Jesus.
