population = 1,294 million ; land area = 3 times India's
81% below poverty level; GDP per capita (PP) = US$1500; popu/ gr = 1.9%; teacher-student ratio = 41
population = 1.049 million
Australia :
0.0% below poverty level; GDP per capita (PPP) =
$28,000 ; popu gr. = 1.3% ; teacher-student ratio = 18
but total population = only 19 million (less than Assam state's population with atleast twice India's land area)
Can we complain about India's plight and blame it on others?

PS: I do think it is grossly unfair that Australia enjoys the fruits with its large land area and so low population . However, China has 3 times India's per capita GDP and see teacher-student ratio , birth rate etc
