My note: What should be done about the lack of accountability in human development sector (health & education) where South Asia (inlc India ) and Sub Saharan Africa are on equal footing.
Who will do the slave labor (or nursing, teaching etc) ...lets just enjoy at home and collect the salary?!!!!

One reason I want to teach at the lowest level --in US --to feel like an over worked teacher. I wonder how many of these World Bank staff has been an (over worked) teacher in rural remote area -all alone etc.
I'm trying to find the lowest acceptable teacher/tutor/edu. researcher salary which US Dept of Labor finds acceptable to be given to H-1B holders --so I can take lowest paying jobs (I think between $5.5 and $10/hour) in top
organizations -- I find top names pay less --just like MNCs.
Anyway you cannot start dancing in one day -- step by step.
