Yes, Umesh, there may be NRIs who are rude - but these are usually the ones
who have little or no basic education in etiquette, or temperament, and
with chips on their shoulders.Others may need to go to 'finishing school'.

Also your assumption of waving the American Passport and demanding 'special
treatment' is
painting with such a broad brush - most people I know, do no such thing.
