Since he is using the simile of a river, I think I am free to use a simile of a
dam. "Charge the dynamite and burst the dam. We will swim .... ." Does he
have any experience of swimming in the torrential water of a river immediately
after a dam burst ? Does he have a disaster plan ??
As for his "Sovereignty-Sovereignty-Sovereignty !" ---- He does not see that
Assam is already a sovereign country because India is a sovereign country and
Assam is India.
Since you are a very busy man with a lot of responsibilities, every minute of
your time is a national asset.
