Dear Mr.Dhruba Saikia,

I have gone through your first mail. You may correct from your point of view.

But,I want to know from you in details what u mean by"Will that be of any
use if our so called "ENGINEERING COLLEGE" will be merged under water
 for months .........?"

I want to clear you one thing that it is a common sense that before site
selection of an engineering college all such things will be considered.
For clearing your doubts you can see any " Industrial Engineering Book".

And another about sentence you have written "See itz happenening in
every corner of Assam...Govt. has enough budjet for ROADS & EMBANKMENTS yet
what our corrupted officials reserves 25% of the money alotted for
themselves,50% taken by the contractors and out of 25% left work
starts in such a way that we're still puzzled about the word
DEVELOPMENT....? "

By above sentence you want to meant that we (Dhemaji people) have to take
a revolution against corrupted officials , contractors of each corner of
Assam
after that only we have to think about establishing of Engineering College
at Dhemaji, isn't it??????????????

Do you think that Dhemaji will remain same after 10-15 yeras also.
If you are thing so, the answer is negative.

You will see soon there will be an engineering college at DHEMAJI.

  Thanking You.

    Dear Mr. Buljit,
I dont think U've understood my mail...I was not against establishing Of the
so called Engineering College at Dhemaji...But I think U're same among our
society members who knows the fact yet igoners the reality...Go through my mail
once again you'll learn what revolution I wish to start before starting the
college...Itz easier to blow up like a baloon with a sudden thrust of air
inside the hollow end but the next day whn air pressure becomes less it reduces
and all the show is gone....

Hope U'll drive home the points which I meant..

  Thanking You..

    Hi Buljit,

Nice to know your concern towards Dhemaji and Initiative taken regarding the
establishment of an ENGINEERING COLLEGE in Dhemaji.

Being from a neighbouring place to Dhemaji I to wish some act of Development
in the flood stricken District of Dhemaji. But is that how we wish
development...?Will that be of any use if our so called "ENGINEERING COLLEGE"
will be merged under water for months and some unfair politicians & contractors
will take advantage of it...?Is it not that?See itz happenening in every corner
of Assam...Govt. has enough budjet for ROADS & EMBANKMENTS yet what our
corrupted officials reserves 25% of the money alotted for themselves,50% taken
by the contractors and out of 25% left work starts in such a way that we're
still puzzled about the word DEVELOPMENT....?

Before starting a new option for CORRUPTION in the name of DEVELOPMENT,let
wake up our people and make them DEVELOPED first...atleast not to get BLIND
FOLDED every time either by the politicians or the BIG figures among us.
