This,Ram ,is near Barpeta.
At Namti(South of SiVsagar) we play ball with Rebab Tenga in somebody's
Kothiatoli in winter .
Nearby -Amguri, Nazira , Xivxagor- shine like Goldrush new cities.Namti is in
the Rainshadow-forgotten.Even Passenger Trains do not stop.
We have no use for Stadia.
Stadia - by the way -are grossly underutilized at all places in Assam where
these have been built during last 20 years.These are White Elephants. They say
this is the picture in all of India-barring Manipur.
The funds spent are finally Debited to OXOM
