    Unusual Opportunities
at iDiscoveri Education - Transform School Systems in the Developing World

If you are a seasoned education or development professional. If you are not
content just drafting toothless policies or working for crusty bureaucracies.
If you are thirsting to implement breakthrough solutions in school education.
If you are dying to work with an entrepreneurial group seeking to transform
school education.
Then just maybe you should read on…

iDiscoveri Education is one of India’s leading ventures seeking to bring
quality education at scale to children and adults. We have a credible
track-record in curriculum design, teacher education and school management
having trained over 2000 teachers and 250 school heads, and worked with over
150 schools across India. We are partnering with school networks in India and
governments in neighboring countries to enhance quality standards, design
curriculum and professional development programs, frame systemic solutions and
execute school reform projects to make school education more meaningful for
children. We are backed by a passionate team of education specialists and
management entrepreneurs – practitioners from leading progressive education
movements (Krishanmurthy, Aurobindo, Montessori) and alumni of leading
institutes (Harvard, IIM, Cambridge).

We are seeking top-notch project management and research talent to lead our
school systems transformation work. All roles seek established relevant track
record and grinding experience in leading school networks or social sector
organizations. You have a bias for action, still hungry and open to risk-reward
compensation at an entrepreneurial venture. Challenging projects, caring
colleagues and unlimited opportunities to learn and grow – are among the many
fringe benefits.

 1. Education Project Leader (code: EPL) – You have a passion for systemic
change in education and the skills to get it done. You will plan and deliver
complex educational change projects for an entire system of schools in the
public and private sectors. You will envision a school reform process, quantify
gaps in quality and execute an implementation plan for reform interventions.
You will lead a team of education specialists and manage client relationships
at all levels in the school system. You bring solid understanding of school
management, education policy and organization change. You have a track-record
in planning and executing projects and leading expert teams. You thrive in
ambiguity, can multi-task and are willing to travel extensively. You need to
have
§ 5-10 years of project delivery experience at a school network, development
agency, consultancy or a social enterprise (interesting corporate candidates
are also encouraged to apply)
§ A master’s degree in business, social work or rural management from a
reputed institute
§ Exposure to government clients and private sector workplaces will be an
advantage

 2. Education Research Analyst (code: ERA) – You will create a knowledge
base on school reform, develop metrics to measure quality in schools and
conduct research to evaluate existing quality in schools. You have skills in
both qualitative (interviewing/focus groups, survey, case study) and
quantitative (modeling and evaluation) research. You have exposure to issues
in education quality in developing countries. You can observe keenly and draw
actionable insights from diverse data sources. You can draft compelling
documents and present well. You need to have
§ 2-5 years of experiences in a market or social research organization
§ A master’s degree in education, social science or quantitative methods

All positions are in Delhi/NCR with extensive travel to project locations in
India and neighboring countries. If you are excited write in to [EMAIL
PROTECTED] with the subject line mentioning the role reference code. Please
enclose a one-page resume and brief paragraph of purpose.
