MoU on higher education

GUWAHATI, Jan 19 The Friends of Assam and Seven Sisters (FASS) and the
authorities of the Handique Girls College in the city have signed an MoU with
the objective of undertaking collaborative efforts for the development of
higher education sector in the NE region.
The MoU has a five-point agenda, which include undertaking of youth exchange
programmes to expose the students to an enriching learning experience and
creating opportunity for development of inter-personal skills, facilitating
student placement by providing information on available job opportunities,
among others, said a press release.
