World class fashion word gone to Assam from Bangalore.Bangalore is the
favourite hub for Assam people or NE. Fashion glory- Wine and woman. One can
very well compare with Florida and Bangalore.
Here every hospital/ institute are now world class.Every small nursing home
also claim to be world class.But all have same structures- attire to people-
doing surgery on a dead body to claim lakhs od Rs.after BID( Brought In
Dead)..... All educational institutes are world class as they charge hefty!!
Same culture being shifted to Assam now: BECAUSE recently CM Gogoi visited
Bangalore IT hubs....... and his daughter works with Google here.
I wish now Saibaba Ashram inside Shiva Doul will also be world class!!

ifAssam government is not able to maintain the institutions which they
alreadyhave? I don't know about other places but I have seen a few
engineeringinstitutions at Jorhat in very pathetic conditions crying for
