Nothing is good ot bad. Depends on the viewer. If it happens in all countries, 
I suppose, the some derelicts take potshot at it. So did the NY Time's 
reporter. And I also suppose, changes come because of the destabilizing effects 
of inequity. It hasĀ its own dynamism. There would be people who would like the 
status quo ante and others would want a change.
