Good idea. But better still or in addition will be to form a co-operative or a
company to
provide such services, either on monthly contracts or on an as-called basis.
The co-operative or company can train and check the backgrounds of their
shareholders/employees,
and be able to warranty the quality of their services as well as the security .

In the west there are many such companies that provide house-work and or
elderly care. BUt there is
always the concern about security. So if a co-operative or a company can
guaranty that, it could become
a really effective, win-win proposition for the individuals seeking work and
the people seeking the
services.
