I agree with your analysis here Uttam. But it is also true that China cannot really do serious damage to the Brahmaputra water flow, precisely because of the scientific reason explained by mm. MM's China bias notwithstanding, Indian designs on the waters of Arunachal is the REAl threat Assam and B'desh.
