NRAs are good with ideas! Bad in taking out $ € from pocket.

NRIs are exemplary in both. Look at the kind and size of institutions
they are building.

May be our NRAs are not that affluent. That I am speaking from my
experience of raising funds for Srimanta Sankaradeva Bhawan, which is
an excellent example of people -people cooperation.
