Dear Jyotirmoy, Even in Tourist haven like Goa or in Kashmir they are not save. Even though every day these spots attracts thousands of Tourist. Even in Delhi, foreign women get rapped . So , T don't think ours is a worst place than these. But, yes, what we lack is proper infrastructure and positive attitude to marketing our places.
