Jyotirmoy,
Even in Tourist haven like Goa or in Kashmir they are not save. Even though
every day these spots attracts thousands of   Tourist. Even in Delhi,
foreign women get rapped . So , T don't think ours is a worst place than
these. But, yes, what we lack is proper infrastructure and positive attitude
to marketing our places.
