You mean Indian in Singapore are back ward? or are their logic false?
In Singapore it was Video camera. It was bargaining every where I went,
Indian or not.

Ya, but when the shop owner already know I am carrying cash? then what
do they do? they also know I am going from shop to shop noting prices
and details. What do they do?

You mean to say the statement that credit card actually charges a percentage
is false?
And they gave me full cash memo, in the cash counter. if they could so
easily cheat
all cash deals, it would surprise me too.
If you said, I agreed to pay without taking cash memo and stamped reciept ,
that would make
sense to me.
My point is, may be I am stuck in 19th century, but going as far us USA does
is also
too much.
