*** Is the above statement true? And if so, based on what information do
you think the NRI s / PIOs , mostly highly trained professionals, support
this 'SCHEME' ( hardly a project)? Is it solid science and ground breaking
technology, sound social policy, enlightened economics, an opportunity to
make a few quick bucks peddling 'consulting' service, an abiding need to
repair their teetering desi-self-esteems in one fell swoop or just blind
faith ?
