Our deepest condolences to Dr. Saikia's daughters Sangeeta Das (and family) and Rashmi Saikia. We were all hoping that situation would turn around for Dr. Saikia.
Assam has lost another great person. He was a doer and a thinker and a great person.Our prayers are with the bereaved family.
