Why should the center be immune from criticisms or be held responsible?<<
No one is above criticism under this sun.We understand that.But the Center cannot be squarely blamed.The arguement to squeeze just the GOI into the mask of a villain is utterly obtuse.In fact, the Ministry of Home Affairs in a strongly-worded letter wrote to Assam Govt and I quote " The Center is ready to release more funds provided the funds already allocated is effectively utilised".
The Assam Govt.can be compared to a person,who wants to run before being able to walk.
