Why do the terror groups (and I do not think
liberation fighters or any other harmless word would
be apt) of Assam have a continuing penchant for
killing civilians? A railway station, a marketplace, a
school and then a cinema hall...
The Naga fighters, the Mizos, even the others have not
indulged in killing civilians in such a scale.
