Raiz, Do you know, you can comfortably write in Assamese without loading any new fonts, if you have Indic language support in your Windows system? I have recently discovered the fact and put them together in this site... http://www.baruah.in/assamese/asunicode.htm If you are not comfortable with standard Inscript keyboard layout, you can download and installed the Assamese Phonetic keyboard layout.
