Its indeed sad that in a state known for its hospitality, enough fund hasn't
been generated so far for Julie's treatment. Let the newspapers, and the TV
channels in Assam appeal to each and every family in Assam to help. Let the
Govt of Assam help her out by all possible means (including, as someone
suggested...by bringing it under the ambit of the state's health insurance
scheme).
While nobody is helping, the Cotton College fraternity has come forward to
