Can we work out a staretegy for orientation of Young people and start some self development courses?
Im sure a bit of brain storming is in order. Though I do agree the casualness is there, but some of the students have become serious and want to be achievers. I found this with the Technical Graduates I took on contract for a World Bank aided project. After a months training in a good institute in Annand, they became quite skilled in rural development and group mobilization Works.
