Lets look at who has been ruling this eternal Kamrupi land for the past three decades: Hiteswar Saikia, Prafulla Mahanta in the past and now Tarun Gogoi - these are the people from the native-Assamese sects. Now it is visible how they have been practicing discriminatory tactic on government funds allocations - they loot the funds for Kamrupi land, but don't do the same for native-Assamese land. Lets look at who the other leaders fighting to rule this land for the past three decades: They are Paresh Baua, Arabinda Rajkhowa, Pradip Gogoi, Bhimkanta Gohain ... Observe that the leaders of both groups of killers as well as looters are native-Assamese. Some of the disasters caused by both groups are very serious religious/spiritual disasters - these include killing parents in front of the children, rape, and extortion with death/rape threat and so on.
