Friends As you are aware that our JECian Porag Gogoi is no more . Till his death he was working with Jorhat Engineering College as a faculty member in Computer Engineering Department.
College authority & some of our JECians ( Sanjeeb Barthakur , Manash Bhuyan , Tutubon Kalita ,Ajoy Krishna dutta , Gopal Choudhuty ,Vikramjt Kakati, Bobby Sharma etc ) are planning to organize one "Smriti Saron & Sradhanjali Sobha " ( Condolence Meeting ) in Jorhat Theatre ( Near Sankar Hall ) , on 25.03.2007 Sunday at 2:00 PM ( 14:00 HRS ) . His family members will also present in the said meeting . DTE Assam & DC Jorhat may also present there. You all are hereby invited to this meeting on that day . We are going to publish one souvenir on Porag Gogoi on that day . We will try to publish the digitize version of the same in JEC Alumni web site ( www.jecalumni.com ) after some time .
