It seems there is a State Human Rights Commission exist in Assam. But while I wrote to all of the email IDs listed all bounced back, and an attempted FAX did not work either. It appears that an IPS and a IAS are also in the team of the commission. Wondering if anybody can help find more about the activities of this commission.
