Hi Shrabani. There is no guest house specifically for journalists from Asssm in Delhi, unless, of course, you take a booking at the Assam House or the Assam Bhawan through the government. Otherwise, there are two guest houses where one can stay - the Assam Tourism Development Corporation's Swagat in Green Park (if you are based in Guwahati, you can take a booking from the ATDC office there), or the guest house of the Sankardev Bhawan of Assam Association, Delhi. Then there are guest houses of Bodoland Council, North Eastern Council...
