what to do: i guess most reporters just pick up whatever is dumped on their laps and run with it. there is so much capacity building to be done, so much questioning to inculcate, so much thinking and reading/research to be encouraged. a tough call but the media fellowships we are conducting for the ne are one step, however small, in that direction. better to do than just talk and have these uninformed email discussions, don't you think?
